- All wig sales are final Due to hygiene and customization, wigs cannot be returned or exchanged.
- No returns on used or altered wigs This includes wigs that have been:
- Worn
- Cut
- Styled
- Dyed
- Plucked
- Washed
- Factory‑defect exceptions If your wig arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
📦 2. Beauty Accessories
- Unused accessories may be returned Must be in original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
- No returns on opened items For hygiene reasons.

- Service payments are non‑refundable Once a service is completed, it cannot be refunded.
- Deposits are non‑refundable Deposits secure your stylist’s time.
- Rescheduling allowed Must be done at least 24 hours before your appointment.

- Lost packages We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
