  • All wig sales are final Due to hygiene and customization, wigs cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • No returns on used or altered wigs This includes wigs that have been:
    • Worn
    • Cut
    • Styled
    • Dyed
    • Plucked
    • Washed
  • Factory‑defect exceptions If your wig arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos.

📦 2. Beauty Accessories

  • Unused accessories may be returned Must be in original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
  • No returns on opened items For hygiene reasons.

  • Service payments are non‑refundable Once a service is completed, it cannot be refunded.
  • Deposits are non‑refundable Deposits secure your stylist’s time.

  • Lost packages We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
